The #ebola virus that's spreading like wildfire in Liberia is a threat to the country's existence as it devours everything in its path. That's the bleak picture presented to the UN security council by Liberia's Defence Minister of an epidemic that has killed over a thousand two hundred (1,224) people in the country. Many of these include workers of a creaking Liberian health system overwhelmed by the number of cases. Liberia's ambassador to the United Kingdom, Rudolf von Ballmoos came into our studio a short while ago. I asked him if the Ebola crisis in his country exposed a failure in leadership?
