Could more devolution powers actually make Northern Ireland poorer? Calls for a UK-wide "devolution revolution" have followed the Scottish referendum vote. But the BBC's Robert Peston has suggested that this could have downside for N Ireland, Scotland and Wales. He believes a shake-up in powers could make the financial transfer from England to the rest of the UK harder to sustain.
