Mo Ibrahim talks about governance in Africa

The annual Mo Ibrahim Index of African governance has just been released here in London. It measures the quality of governance and human development in African countries. As ever, this year's index is a mixed bag of both positives and negatives. Usually there's excitement around the same time over who is awarded the African Prize for leadership... Well to find out the results of the Index Focus on Africa's Stanley Kwenda caught up with the man behind it, Sudan-born businessman Mo Ibrahim... So which countries are doing well?
