Twenty years on from the Rwandan genocide, questions raised over the role of the country's current President, Paul Kagame

The former Rwanda army chief , General Kayumba Nyamwasa, has told the BBC's This World programme, that he believes Rwandan President Paul Kagame was behind the shooting down of the plane carrying the president at the time, Juvenal Habyarimana in 1994. This was widely seen as a key trigger for the Rwandan genocide. Mr Kagame has always denied previous suggestions that he was responsible. Jane Corbin reports. The Rwandan High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Ambassador Williams Nkurunziza, gave BBC Africa's Paul Bakibinga his reaction to the allegations.
