Is a ban on smoking in cars with kids present set to become law in here now that Jim Wells is the Health Minister? His predecessor Edwin Poots launched a consultation on the matter three years ago but the proposed move was put on hold. Northern Ireland has since lagged behind while the rest of the UK and Republic of Ireland has pushed ahead with plans to ban lighting up in cars with children - and Jim Wells says it is a "no brainer" that the law should be changed here too.
