"Microcron Begins" - that's the title of a new art exhibition here in London by the Ghanaian artist, Owusu-Ankomah. His paintings depict a spiritual world, occupied by naked human figures, as well as many signs and symbols. They're profoundly influenced by the philosophy of Owusu-Ankomah's own Akan-speaking people. As he explained to David Amanor, the 'Microcron' - it looks like a circle made up of smaller circles - is a symbol which Owusu-Ankomah invented himself.
