Health workers will be on strike today over what they see as former Minister's Edwin Poots refusal to make a pay offer. The health service is under big financial pressure. There are important decisions to be made at Stormont on how funding is shared out. But the Unite union says its members in the health service will not be held hostage by NI political deadlock.
