The end of children's hearts services in Belfast. It's been a deeply contentious issue for many years. Should children from Northern Ireland travel to the Republic for heart surgery? Yesterday our health minister Jim Wells said yes and backed the establishment of an all-Ireland children's heart surgery centre in Dublin. It means surgery in the Royal Victoria Hospital will stop.
