Business Matters remembers Ada Lovelace, often referred to as the world's first computer programmer, who lived in the early 19th century. She was known for her work on Charles Babbage's early mechanical computer, the Analytical Engine. Presenter Roger Hearing interviews Amy Brand from Digital Science, one of the founders of Ada Lovelace day, as well as graphic designer Sydney Padua, who has developed an enthusiasm for Ada Lovelace and included her adventures in a graphic novel.
