New party talks begin at Stormont today, in an atmosphere of crisis. Can the Assembly be saved? Is it worth saving? Those are the big questions we've been tackling on the Nolan Show. David Cameron has called on the Stormont parties to be constructive. But there's not much optimism in the air. The talks will be chaired by Secretary of State Theresa Villiers and she joined Stephen in the studio this morning.
