Villiers warns parties ahead of talks: 'We've no more money to give' #BBCNolan

New party talks begin at Stormont today, in an atmosphere of crisis. Can the Assembly be saved? Is it worth saving? Those are the big questions we've been tackling on the Nolan Show.
