Global African Investment summit, London

From Monday the Global African Investment Summit will be taking place in London. Leaders from Ghana, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda will be attending. But it's only the latest conference of this type, seeking to promote investment on the continent. So what is the point of this particular meeting? Audrey Brown spoke to the conference organiser Paul Sinclair.
