'A dirty deal' - union blasts expected Stormont budget #BBCNolan

We're only hours from a deal on the Stormont budget. That's what Finance Minister Simon Hamilton told the Nolan tv show last night. It looks like that means a lot of the pain is coming towards the public sector. Pain like job losses through voluntary redundancy and more pay restraint. The unions will be up in arms but is this the right way to tackle the cut back pressures stormont is facing?
