The body which oversees midwives says it has serious concerns about the working practices of midwifery staff at the Princess Elizabeth Hospital. The Nursing and Midwifery Council extraordinary review, published today, is a damning report of a service that sometimes fails mothers and babies and could potentially put some in danger.
