Berlin 25 Years On

It was the island city, surrounded by a wall and stranded out east - a part of the west, in the middle of the #communist bloc. #Berlin always had a special atmosphere, beloved of spy thriller writers, but also providing a haven for any "#alternative" German characters who felt they didn't fit in elsewhere. So what's happened to radical Berlin in the twenty-five years since the Wall fell? My report for BBC Radio 4.
