Staff at four specialist centres, including Mallydams Wood, are reporting they have already admitted some babies, this year.
The charity says bad weather, tidal surges and pupping season at this time of year can see young seals become lost from their mothers.
It adds last year's winter storms contributed to the biggest wave of poorly pups the organisation had seen in it's 25 year history.
