A massive shock for some, a pleasant surprise for others. Yesterday saw a property revaluation for businesses here. Many retailers in central Belfast and in Northern Ireland's towns are likely to have their rates bills cut after the exercise. But others are facing a huge hike. Muriel's bar in Belfast saw their property value increase by 645 percent. BBC Economic and business editor John Campbell joined us to explain the background to this story.
