One in twelve adults suffer from alcohol abuse or dependency. Amy Winehouse is the most recent celebrity who suffered from this problem, and since then The Amy Winehouse Foundation has been set up.

The charity started with the intent to aid addicts from drink and drugs, however lately a new project has been set up with the aim to help adolescents. The resilience program brings former addicts into schools to give an insight view of the dangers addiction can lead to. The teenagers then get the opportunity to ask questions about this subject.

Former alcoholic and speaker for the program James Walton talks to Sean Allsop about how the bottle dominated his life and what encouraged him to stop and get involved with the charity.
