Lisa is one of a group of 24 people from all around England who part of a National Expert Citizen Group set up by the Big Lottery Fund to provide input into a £112 million pound project to tackle the challenge of people with multiple and complex needs eg mental health, substance misuse, homelessness and offending behaviour. Here she explains why the group matters
