Jihadi violence is on the rise - and research commissioned by the BBC has found that the groups behind it are becoming increasingly adept at raising the cash to sustain and support their operations. Attacks in the last 24 hours alone have left more than 40 dead in the Nigerian city of Jos and at least seven dead in the capital of Afghanistan, Kabul. The BBC's Jon Bithrey speaks to Tom Keatinge, director of financial crime and security studies at the Royal United Services Institute, the British defence and security think tank which carried out the research. He asked him about the tactics and methods groups like Islamic State and Al Qaeda were using.
