This song is dedicated to everyone out there who has had to deal with bullies, and I hope it gives them the courage to ask for help when they need it.

This song is about a person who has been the victim of bullying, and each day finds themselves unable to avoid it. It makes their life miserable and after being bullied for so long they just cannot take it anymore. So one day after realising they are not alone, they decide they have had enough and they will stand up for themselves knowing they can always get help.
