Spanish brothers Sam and Eddie Hart have literally been brought up in the restaurant business. Their father is the well-known hotelier and restaurateur Tim Hart, owner of the legendary Hambleton Hall Hotel, whose restaurant has maintained a Michelin Star for over 20 years. Mix that in with all the influences from cities they have lived, including Mexico City, Madrid and Barcelona and you get their restaurants, Fino, Barrafina and Quo Vadis.
