Am I An Absolute Control Freak?

Believe it or not, I actually brought this to my own attention. See in radio - everything that is said on the radio is recorded. By law, we have to keep a record of what's said for a period of time. Sometimes, as an announcer we will go back to things we've said for several reasons. Maybe cut a promo, keep something fun we've done, re-listen to something to ensure it was executed correctly or just to boost ones own ego. Joking. I don't do that at all!

Recently at my radio station, we've had an old crew member return. He's filling in over summer and you'll hear him shortly below in the audio that has sparked this blog post in my mind. After chatting to him on air and realising what I said and then over analysing everything (hey it's what I do) I've come to the conclusion I have may a small issue, just a small issue with being in control. I've come up with several situations that's lead me to this decision and you tell me if you agree.
