Cuts to hit vital home help services for 550 pensioners #BBCNolan

There's not much Christmas cheer from the Belfast Trust for 550 pensioners this year. In the face of what it's calling tremendous financial pressures the Trust says it needs to make difficult decisions. That means laundry, cleaning and shopping services will stop at the start of January for some of our most vulnerable citizens. Although the Trust does say this is a temporary measure. Adeline Keenan is one of the pensioners who'll be affected. Stephen talks to her and her granddaughter Julie.
