09 Astronauts - In My Direction https://www.facebook.com/pages/Astronauts/141403006034771 If you click play on this.. And Like the sound of it.. Check out the video. It’s fantastic. Honestly spell binding! (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=skgZffSdt_w) This song is so chilled, had to include it!

08 Beaty Heart - Seafood https://www.facebook.com/Beatyheartmusic?ref=ts One of my favourite songs of the year.. Even though I have no idea where they got inspiration for it. Apart from waiting around a fish and chip shop. Not been a bad year for this lot, EU tour done and an album up on itunes.

07 OHIO - HGHCLR https://www.facebook.com/HGHCLR Still sounds as epic today as when I first stumbled across it. I’ve included this in my tracks of the year because as soon as it starts a feeling of pure bliss envelopes around my body. Really hope this stockholm group produce some more material soon. Facebook things are looking promising!

06 Goodbye Chanel - Youth https://www.facebook.com/goodbyechanel My love of this group started with their release, Kalifornia. Over the year it’s grown and grown with their stunning sunny summers day vibe. You can just imagine rolling around to festival season in 2015 and have these guys blaring out across some soggy fields in Somerset. One of my picks and bands of the year without doubt!

05 Ficklefriends - S W I M https://www.facebook.com/FickleFriends Been a good year for this brighton team! There single S W I M was my first introduction to them after it was featured on Brighton Music Blog. It’s outrageously chirpy! Since the summer it’s clocked more than 700,000 soundcloud plays! Facebook likes.. over 9,000. Been a good year.. A fine vintage.

04 Gengahr - Powder https://www.facebook.com/gengahrband This band is one of my main tip offs for 2015. Announced they’re touring with Alt- J on the european circuit. Its going to be a big year!

04 (Again… I cocked up the numbers) Silent Noise Parade - Fears https://www.facebook.com/silentnoiseparade When you look back over the tracks of the year you kind of need a song like this to be the soundtrack. It’s the perfect backing to a montage looking back on things. Another epic sound record with a pumping rhythm. Irish group.

03 Lapsley - Station https://www.facebook.com/LapsleyMusic You will have heard of this lady by now! Things have taken off for her a little and I’d like to say that was after she was featured on the show. Realistically her talent and ability to write stunning music like no one else has managed to do that!

02 Eaves - As old As the Grave https://www.facebook.com/eaves This song has everything. Stunning and emotive vocals with connective lyrics. You can’t help but fall for its charm!

01 Novo Amor - Callow https://www.facebook.com/novoamorsongs?fref=ts

I love this guys so much. His songs are so connective and beautifully produced. He’s cut from the same cloth as Bon Ivor. Something about it is so magical and you can’t help but get lost in the sound echoing between your ears. I even went out to buy the vinyl.. Although my record players broken.
