Last year 79 people lost their lives on Northern Irelands roads - that's an increase of 22 deaths when compared to 2013. Official PSNI statistics show that road deaths here have almost doubled in the past two years, and the Minister for the Environment, Mark H Durkan has said he is planning new initiatives to try to reduce the number of deaths and accidents. But why has there been an increase this year?
