Conflicts between bears, humans prompt hunting changes

The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources has increased black bear hunting permits for 2015 in response to an increasing number of contacts between people and bears. KSL Newsradio's Dave Cawley spoke with a biologist about the trouble.
