Pavement Parking Bill update

On this wet and windy Thursday we've been to Westminster for a photo call ahead of tomorrow's Pavement Parking Bill second reading. The bill has been sponsored by Martin Horwood MP and seeks to create a law that would ban pavement parking in all bar specifically designated streets. We spoke to Martin and some of the guide dog owners who took part in today's photo call to find out why they're supporting the bill.
