Rep. Paul Ray: Lawmakers must address police body cameras

A suspect is dead today after pulling a knife on officers in Draper. In the wake of recent officer-involved shootings locally and around the nation, a conversation has developed regarding the use of officer-worn body cameras. Utah Representative Paul Ray spoke to Utah's Afternoon News and says lawmakers are going to take a good look at providing a means of funding to departments that decide to use cameras.
