Utah boaters could pay to fund fight against invasive mussels

Juvenile quagga mussels have turned up in Deer Creek Reservoir, posing a major threat of infestation. Utah state Sen. Scott Jenkins, R-Plain City, wants boaters to help fund the fight with a new fee on watercraft licenses.
