Businesswoman quitting 'backward Belfast' - does she have a point? #BBCNolan

Restaurant owner Emma Bricknell says she is quitting Belfast because of its 'backward' ways. Originally from England, Emma set up a chain of venues in Belfast, but has now decided to move to Ibiza because of licensing issues, red tape, the so called 'conscience clause' and what she describes as our 'useless' politicians.
