Northern Ireland made to look like a third world country. Just one of the headlines in today's newspapers as the water crisis deepens. At one stage yesterday the number without supply had fallen to 4,500 but as of this morning 9,000 homes were without water. NI Water is set to resume talks with unions later in a bid to resolve the dispute which is over changes to NI Water workers' pensions.
