Should Stormont introduce plain packaging for cigarettes?

Plain packing for cigarette packets could come into force from next year in England. And it will be up to Stormont if we are to adopt the same legislation here. Health campaigners say it will save thousands of lives and help stop kids from taking up smoking. But pro-smokers say it will make no difference and it is a nanny state move.
