An Introduction to Fighting Fit Academy

Fighting Fit Academy Kickboxing was started just over ten years ago by Sensei Richard Phillips, an ex-world champion who is trained in numerous martial arts. The academy is growing rapidly, taking many steps to move forward, including having moved into a new premises at the turn of the year.
