Work has started on not one but two new boutique hotels within Derry's Walled City. The former Northern Counties Club on Bishop Street and the former First Trust Bank on Shipquay Street. So can boutique hotels be a game changer for a destination? The Independent's Travel Editor Simon Calder says they are "absolutely crucial"
