The votes are in - Will UNBC strike in the near future?

The votes have been tallied and the the UNBC faculty have voted 84.8% in favour of a strike mandate. It is the first ever vote of its kind at a BC research university. At the core of the vote: faculty members at the University are being paid well-below the provincial norm. Jacqueline Holler is president of the University Faculty Association.
