Sinn Fein accused of ‘rolling over’ on welfare reform – is it fair?

Sinn Fein have rolled over on welfare reform. That's the controversial claim from Ulster Unionist leader Mike Nesbitt. The BBC understands the much delayed welfare bill will come before the Assembly on the 10th of February. Sinn Fein's refusal to implement the changes passed by Westminster has cost the Executive more than £200 million in fines. But the Mike Nesbitt claims the party finally "rolled over" on the issue because it had backed itself into a corner. #BBCNolan
