Aging group for visually impaired desperately seeking younger members

Vince Ramcharan is the youngest member of the White Cane Prince George Chapter of the Canadian Council of the Blind -- He's 69-years-old.

The group is trying to find ways to get younger people to join and Ramcharan joined us in studio to tell us why.
