Gordon Brown Says Labour Will Build On Devolution Vow

Former prime minister Gordon Brown says it is time to build on the vow of more powers for Scotland. He joined Scottish #Labour leader Jim Murphy in Edinburgh to set out their vision ahead of the general election. Heart's Gillian Wheelan met with them in the capital.
