I won't support "devil worship". That's the vow from one Larne councillor after a plan for a memorial to women accused of being witches over three hundred years ago. Jack McKee said he "could not tell if the women were rightly or wrongly convicted as he didn't have the facts". The TUV councillor also said the plaque would become a "shrine to paganism"and that the whole thing was "anti-God". So do you believe in witches? Author Martina Devlin has published a novel about the Islandmagee witch trial called "The House where it Happened". We did ask to speak Councillor McKee this morning, but he wasn't available. We've asked the TUV for a statement but the party has issued a no comment. Alliance councillor John Matthews suggested the plaque commemoration at Larne council, we hear from John and from Martina Devlin
