Former African long jump champion, Ignisious Gaisah of Ghana, urges South African rival Godfrey Khotso Mokoena to remain focused and try not to be disheartened by injuries. He spoke with our friend, Geshom Nyathi, at the Aviva Indoor GP in Birmingham.
