Nottingham Prison Rated 'Not Good Enough'

Inspectors have called Nottingham Prison not safe enough. Deputy Chief Inspector of Prisons, Martin Lomas, was on the inspection and told Capital the prison was violent, with assaults, protests, barricading and hostage taking.
