Outgoing Council Chief Exec Urges Shire To Prepare For Deeper Cuts

Outgoing Chief Executive of Aberdeenshire Council Colin Mackenzie has warned cuts to services of up to 25% could be on the way.

Mr Mackenzie leaves his post at the end of this week, and has urged his successor to prepare for further pain to come as spending cuts continue amid a falling oil price.
