So the big benefits shake-up is on its way to Northern Ireland. The Welfare Reform Bill passed a key stage in the Assembly this week That means major changes to benefits here. But Stormont has earmarked £565m over six years to provide top-ups to those who lose out. Sinn Fein insists no one will lose out.
