Lack of volunteer firefighters putting Terrace at risk

The community of Terrace relies heavily on volunteer firefighters to keep its buildings safe. Chief John Klie says with an increase in fly-in, fly-out jobs it's harder to attract volunteers, and it's putting the city at risk.
