Figures suggest that more members of the armed forces are seeking help for mental health issues. The MOD says the number of Armed Forces personnel with "mental health disorders" has risen from 3,927 in 2011 to 5,076 in 2013. On Sunday night's Five Live programme Stephen heard incredibly powerful testimonies from former soldiers who are suffering from PTSD. Here's two of those. Firstly Alex who called the programme and the second John, who had served in Northern Ireland and the Falklands. Alex told Stephen when he realised something was wrong.
