Warning about male eating disorders in Leeds

Parents and teachers are being urged to look out for signs of anorexia and bulimia in boys.

It's after Radio Aire obtained figures that show nearly half of children under 12 being treated in Leeds for eating disorders are male .

But that number drops to just 8 per cent once sufferes hit their teenage years.

Bev Mattocks is an author from Moortown whose son was diagnosed when he was 15, she's shared her emotional story with Radio Aire.
