NI 'still failing to deal with its past' - victims have their say

Northern Ireland isn't dealing with the past. A new report by Amnesty International describes the structures currently in place to address the legacy of the Troubles as an "inadequate system of patchwork measures".

And Amnesty were also critical of the Stormont House Agreement saying it had left "many unanswered questions".

Even though the parties agreed to set up a new dedicated police team to investigate unsolved Troubles murders.
