Thousands of Scots diagnosed with cancer are unable to eat, wash or leave the house on their own. MacMillan Cancer Support's warning 100,000 people are struggling to cope. Helen Thewliss from East Kilbride, who's had ovarian and breast cancer, told Heart's Elspeth Badger how exhausting treatment can be.
