The North Peace BC SPCA is hearing about dogs going missing - and possibly being stolen - in Fort St. John. Now, it appears that some houses may be targeted well in advance of a dog's disappearance. SPCA Branch Manager Candace Buchammer speaks with Daybreak's Carolina DeRyk.
