Waiting for a licence

Recording by Kees de Groot AKA Roofhare. The field recording was made in Cranston, Rhode Island (USA) at the Department of Motor Vehicles, on March 12, 2015, around noontime. It was recorded with Garageband on an iPad using a Samson USB stereo mic. I was there for the purpose of renewing my driver’s license.
